Need some meal inspo? Dietitian and Health-Ade advisor Maggie Moon serves up 9 inspiring cookbooks for weeknight meals and beyond

When it comes to solid cookbook recommendations, there are few better people to turn to than an expert obsessed with delicious, healthy food and nourishment. Maggie Moon, a registered dietitian, takes her nutrition seriously both at work as an adviser to Health-Ade’s line of probiotic-packed kombuchas as well as at home once she’s logged off for the day.

In need of a little dinner inspo ourselves, we sat down with Moon to get her favorite cookbooks that she turns to for dinner time and time again.

Her picks are fantastic for the burgeoning home chef, featuring on cookbooks that don’t just tell, but guide cooks branching beyond the basics and experimenting with flavors — plus, there’s a trio of Korean cookbooks and her own, which focuses on culinary nutrition for preventative brain health.
